I re-iterate:
It seems to me that the problem is that if anyone can order this book what is the point of having to be a Reiki Master? If Rand allows just anyone to buy a description of psychic surgery techniques then that is highly irresponsible, in my view. Also, if Rand requires some proof of one's Reiki Masterhood in order to purchase this volume, which it seems he may not according to other information posted here, then what is acceptable proof\verification of Masterhood?
