Why did I wish to explore other healing modalities? It was not for any dissatisfaction with Reiki, for I too love Reiki. It was in the interest of broadening my strengths as an energy healing channel. I was hoping that by being able to see as well as feel the energetic needs of the recipient, I would be able to be all the more helpful as a channel for the energy.
I'm fascinated and thrilled with the way Reiki has helped me grow in how I experience life. A whole new dimension of understanding has touched me, and I embrace the idea that I can help others be touched by this as well. I want to develop my spiritual growth. Chios spoke to my desire to see and compliment what I feel.
But I do understand that being open sometimes means waiting until it happens.
