Seeing energy. I think that you already do it, it is just that you have to find your way of interpreting the information.
It could well be that you are looking to see it with your eyes. In my inexperience, although I do see energy, I don't see it, but the closest way for me to describe it is to say I see it.
Each and everyone of us processes information in a slightly different way, so if I was to tell you how it was me, or you read in a book how it is for the author, then you go trying to see it that way yourself, that you may actually be missing it although it is there in front of you.
It can take time and practice to develop the skills.
A way I have seen the development of seeing energy taught is by first of all finding where there is perhaps an imbalance by some other means, like scanning, or with sound. Once you know where something is then look at the area and see if you can see it. A certain amount of relaxing and being in the right space energywise also helps, but of you put yourself under pressure to see it, then you won't, mainly because the intellect takes over and stops you seeing it.
I guess what I am saying is that if try to see it without trying to see it, then you will probably see it LOL.
