Yes I will definitely inquiry with this teacher sometime next week when I see her. I didnt know this was adressed before. And I will share the info if I get it :) so we can really know what type of procedure is this.
From what I understood it seemed to be some kind of attunment you could do it to yourself to increase your connection with the energy flow....But as you say, itīs hard to see how you could do this to yourself in an "attunment" sort of procedure.
No idea then. Iīll just keep asking to see if this becomes clear at some point and see in what type of lineage was this taught...if any.
