so now we come full circle back to the question of "what is enlightenment?"
it says in the sefer yetzirah, the oldest book of the kabbalah, "Everything begins and end with Aleph" aleph being oneness.
i don't think that i'm puting polarity above anything else. i believe that all ideas are equal. an example of integrating polarity means to me is killing someone else is seen as bad. but to those who killed someone, in the moment, it was seen as the right thing to do. so by seeing the value of death and killing, the role it plays, you are integrating the polarity of that issue.
