Namaste All,
Please can anyone help me solve a problem? I have McAfee Virus Scan and OE5 but I still can't scan my emails. (I have clicked the icon on the task bar and I have configured the scan programme) I get the message "ERROR Unable to establish a communications link between application & device driver.
I assumed, the error must be in OE5 because I have reinstalled a 2nd version of Mcaffee and still got the same message, so this morning I downloaded OE5.5 -and guess what?- I am still getting the same Error message.
I have been in touch with both McAfee and Microsoft without success.
If anyone knows what driver is being refered to and whether, if they do, I can download a replacment I would be grateful for the answer. If this isn't the answer, then any advice would be very welcome:0))
