There was no pop or spasm. It was in the middle section - directly middle. I've been doing what I normally do. That's why it was so odd. Usually I can tell when it's directly related to a body part...er...malfunctioning. I know that the body will be flushing out past issues or whatnot and a person will feel sick or off centered. I was wondering if it could be related to that. Also, people talk about Twin Flames feeling things that happen to the other half. I thought it was something like that - feeling something happening to someone else.
