intheflow	I get the electricity during an adreneline rush. It seems to begin at my heart and run outwards. It does sting. I know what you are talking about. I get the heart pounding, too. And, it does happend when a car pulls into my lane, etc. I have always had this. Not just since I began being Reiki, but it is something I have never considered as energy. I have a new way of looking at it now.
