I happened to have another "energetic shock" the other day while in the car. I tried to pay attention to it and noticed that the intensity of the energy is determined by the level that I am "startled or scared"
I agree, I think it starts around the heart and I noticed it goes out into my arms and legs. It is not quite as painful as getting an electrical shock from a light socket, but it is pretty darn close to that feeling. Very interesting. I don't get the heart pounding anymore though, just the sting or shock.
Thanks for your post. I wonder if the medical community could explain this in more detail.
