OK.. I was talking to my friend about this experience. She knows exactly what we are talking about. She posed and interesting question. What is the purpose of this energy?
I understand it puts us in *go* mode for self protection, but all that energy then goes pouring out of us into the universe. Do it enter the universe as Anger? Fear? Rage? Does it cleanse us of the fear? Does it effect the people in the cars around us?
What do you think?
It might be good in the future to ask that energy to go to the white light or into the ground to be cleansed, after we produce it.
