I would add exercise and meditation to your list of medication. In fact, when we are irritated there is a lack of energy (don't quote me on this).

If your house is dirty and unorganized, most likely u will feel moody. If you don't bathe, exercise, eat on schedule, wear the right clothes, get reikied, eat the right food and the right way, and so many other things....of course we will feel like fighting.

I know this from experience....look inside and around for answers....spend your free time on meditation, which by the way does not have to be sitting down alone. Instead you ca walk around the block and chant some prayers of your liking.

I don't want to preach, I want to give you opportunities to help yourself.

We all justify ourselves and I am good at it. Hopefully you will see that there are other alternatives to our daily routine.
