Somebody broke into my home two weeks ago. It was just a minor but also strange burglary. I do not wish to go into any details...Just to say it brought up old feelings...I 'm experiencing again this sense of unsafety...it's like being raped...Incidentally, I had visions of being sexually abused in what seemed like other lifetimes...also poisoned...
I 'm in therapy right now so I do have some support. Today was the first day I tried to give myself some Reiki...I would appreciate some extra healing from anyone who feels they can take a few minutes out to send me some...
