Namaste to all,
I obtained a new used computer and cannot open attachments and/or access some web sites due to pop-ups which i HAVE turned off but still pop-up with a hand message that won/t let me in.
I would appreciate any information on websites that offer free computer help as the place I got it does not have internet access. Thanks and I am grateful I can get into this website.
