thank you for your love and concern. In reality, there is no pain physically. However, the mind tries to "help" you by slithering out of the chair...! Sound effects are disconcerting too.
As it happens I was on here with my fears and should have been there - so I missed my appointment. For those who sent me Reiki, I appreciate the love and light felt that helped me to face the prospect and the anti-climax.
