This prayer from my Roman Catholic heritage (St. Frances De Sales) came to me recently during a 35-day stay at a mental hospital.
It has yearning, confidence, richness, sweet Mother-love ...
I often speak it out loud, slowly, sometimes to Spirit, to a tree, or to God as is in the original text. I adapted it for New Agers. Hopefully, Frances will forgive.
Know this: you are, indeed, perfectly protected; fear is an illusion. I change the "you" second person to "I" first person, begging Frances' forgiveness one more time as well. The image of being held in difficult times is what draws me to this prayer.

Be at Peace
~
I do not look forward in fear to the changes of my life;
but rather, look to them with full hope as they arise.
Spirit, whose very own IAM,
will deliver me from out of them.
Spirit has kept me hitherto,
and shall lead me safely through all things;
and when I cannot stand it,
Spirit will bury me in Its embrace(arms).
I do not fear what may happen tomorrow;
the same everlasting Spirit/Healing-Holy Pattern
which cares for me today
will take care of me then and everyday.
Spirit will either shield me from suffering,
or give me unfailing strength to bear it.
Be at peace,
and put aside all anxious thoughts and imagination.

Say it until your heart is calm. Fear, worry, anxiousness are products of the imagination.
You can do stretches under a tree, especially effective at night with full moon and stars (on sleeping bag if London is cool).
