- distance Reiki is really only a matter of the Practitioner getting the energy to the Recipient. After that it is up to the Recipient to utilize the energy.
- the energy in distance Reiki is the same as the energy in hands-on Reiki practices
- not getting one's personal energy involved in the reiki practices is important also whether doing hands-on or distance work
