- perhaps you might consider a consult with a behavioral psychologist who specializes in anxiety disorders\reactions
- as for chocolate??? Dark chocolate has some rather good qualities and can healthfully be put in one's diet (not to excess, of course or if one has some food allergy to any of its components)
- for myself??? I eat an ounce or two of the very dark varieties of choclolate once a day - most every day - but no more than that
