For those of you who know and love Liss (aka linnetbird), we will be celebrating her birthday this Saturday night (22nd) at Slainte 304 Bowery in Manhattan. So come down and wish her well.

But alas I cannot. I'm committed to someone else's birthday party tonight.

Which reminds me: what's up with all of these May birthdays? My father, my (new) nephew, two other friends (last week), a co-worker, and someone else I know next week.

I'm having a hard time keeping up.

Hey thank you for letting us all participate in the celebration..was a lot of fun..including the ride back to Jersey ..thank you almos and daphna for putting up with us..and Steve.......all I can say is I hope your boys have recouperated...

Yes. Thanks for a great time. As for the ride back, imagine if Amos had taken the VW! I just feel so much closer to all of you now :)

Thanks so much for coming! I had such a great time. My only regret was that it was really difficult for me to talk to everyone for lengthy periods of time (esp. when people started moving around). Hope to see all of you soon!!
