The Hoboken Cafe 

I am planning to start a wine school in Hoboken this Spring 2007. I am in the process of trying to secure a location and any suggestions would be terrific.
I have a short questionnaire to fill out that will help us find out exactly what you will want in our wine school.

We plan to schedule 6 weeks of classes approx 2 - 2 1/2 hours long, most likely on Monday evenings. The classes will be practical and useful information for wine lovers who want to know how to taste, what to look for, how to order in restaurants and so forth.
