The Hoboken Cafe 

My girlfriend and I are looking into buying an apartment adjacent to the terrace and Lua. One of our biggest concerns is that there will be quite a bit of noise at night from the restaurant. I realize that 2 years ago this was a problem, but is this in fact still an issue at the building? We're currently living in Manhattan, so neither of us has an issue with some noise, but yelling and screaming at 2am will be a problem. Thank you so much for your response; any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey. The Shipyard / Constitution area is pretty quiet throughout the week. There are the occasional festivities at Lua (usually on Saturdays) but nothing terribly crazy.
