I used to live in that area (West of Park, South of 7th) and every few years it would flood like crazy. Roads, especially intersections, become impassable.

If you have a basement, you may want to move your stuff off the floor NOW.

Yes, I was just out........to the library and A&P....deep, huge, puddles galore. Well, at least I found out that my boot has a hole in it, darnit.

At least it's stopped snowing.. till Monday that is.
