In a shameless way to plug my board and since it has no relation to Hoboken, I figure I let everyone know that our senator thought it would be a great idea to inform people of NY who have not received their refund (for what every reason) to look at his website and see if you are still owe. Though it is a good idea, there are serious privacy issues involved with this methodology it lists your zip code and first and last name. The file can be downloaded in Excel or PDF.

Now, I understand that people of Hoboken would never file taxes in NYC when you are living in Hoboken. However, be a nice person. If you know someone who lives in NY, send them the link. The worse you can do is bring down the website of Senator Schumer who was gracious enough to post a really huge file. And you will be doing your friend a favor if he did not get his refund for whatever reason.
