Can anyone recommend a contractor to do a relatively smaller home improvement repair, such as to replace drywall where it has been water-stained?

Try to contact the State of New Jersey Builders association..each state usually has a list of who is the approved list and a member or you can try the National Builders Association ..a typically good source of referrels....Good Luck
