The neighbor underneath us [2nd floor] just moved and the landlord is replacing the carpet, etc. and the place will be ready for someone to move in September 1st

It's a big apartment - two connected rooms [bedroom and workroom], another separate bedroom, living room, bathroom, big kitchen, windows in all rooms, $1100 a month, there is a washer and drier in the basement, and the landlord is nice

It's in Jersey City heights, plenty of free street parking and also nearby public transit and across the street there is a nice park too
