TPC Management, located at 10 Church Towers in Hoboken. Office phone is 201-659-0604. My condo association has used TPC for about 4/5 years and my opinion is that they are honest and decent. I've been pleased with their performance thus far. They manage many properties in Hoboken (rental, condo associations, etc.), so they can put your condo association in touch with all types of people they've already established relationships with or have used for another property (e.g., plumbers, locksmiths, contractors, lawyers, etc.).

So, are you planning to fire TPC?

You recommend self management but don't say why. Just curious since I use TPC currently.

For starters, self management is about 1/2 the price of even the cheapest management company in town.
We are still in a trial period with TPC. Truth be told if we weren't a bunch of lazy asses we would go back to self mgmt. Things get done quicker but it takes *a lot* of initiative. If the OP is in a very small condo assn. self management is especially cost effective and easy. Our bldg is 15 units mixed use.

There are 10 units in our building but we have a lot of problems at the moment.
I heard Realty Barbara Express are good too.
What do you guys pay them every month?
