We booked our move with "Mr. Move" (http://www.mr-move.com/ ) but they subcontracted it out to White Glove (800 340-1911). Our forman's name was Ronald and he was awsome. We had a crew of 4 (inc. the foreman), they turned up 5 mins after 8am and had everything out of our third floor walkup and secured in the truck by 11am. They moved it into the new place in an hour. They took 1 smoke break in the morning, but otherwise worked their asses off in 80+ degree heat. They used blankets rather than boxing everything except the TV. I objected to boxing the TV because at 13 years old, it's not worth the money it would have cost to box, so they ended up using my own blankets as packing material, putting it in a box, and not charging me for it.

Total cost for the whole move: $600 ($100/hr for the crew + 1 hr travel time (minumum)) Fast, efficient, nothing dented, banged, broken or missing... over all, I was extremely pleased.
