Man with a van

I am looking for a "man with a van" type of service.

I have a massive and heavy tv that has to be picked up in Jersey City and brought to my apartment (3rd flr walkup) in Hoboken.

I don't feel like paying a moving company a $400 minimum.

consider U-Hauling it - cheaper than movers any day

I did consider it.

I don't want to spend the next two weeks in traction.

I do light moving jobs on the weekends(by appt.) with my station wagon, but it doesn't sound like we could lift it. I hauled and unloaded a very heavy china cabinet before(with 2 other girls), but it was only one flight of patio stairs.

Let me know. Also- I think there is a "Man with Van" ad that runs in the Hoboken paper every now & then.

I'm sure it's too late, but I saw the ad in this weekend's Reporter. "Two Guys and a Truck", $60. per hr.(800)880-0998

Christine I haven't been on this site since that post. I used these guys. They are a class act.

I urge all members to use them.

Thank you very much :-)
