I saw this ad on Hobokeni-
Need help moving
I am moving to 54th and 10th in New York City either on the 4th the 5th or the 6th. I need help moving 1 bedroom which has a Queen size Bed, two night stands, a dresser, TV stand and a TV. I can pay up to $50 dollars an hour. Please email me if you can help. Thanks

Songwriter needs private room to rehearse in.
Need some extra cash? I am desperately in need of a private, quiet space in Hoboken to work on my songs 2-3 nights a week. No band, no booze, no problems. Just me, my acoustic guitar and a small sound system. I can afford $100 a month max. references available too if needed.

Do you want a dog but not the responsibility?
Do you or your family want a dog but not the full time responsibility of taking care of it? Or do you just love animals? I am a flight attendant with an adaorbale 1 year old shih tzu and I need help taking car of him when I am away. I can't afford pet care on a flight attendant salary...so, You can have the pleasure of having a dog occasionally and I can stop worrying! Please help!!! He is great with children!
