I am sure you heard all of the tips you needed to hear about hangovers and how to quickly recover from them, here is the skinny behind it.

http://www.msnbc.com/news/850377.asp

At the bottom is a quick recover solutions for your hangover but in case the link, disappears, here is what you need to do.

TIPS FOR THE MORNING AFTER
To stave off a throbbing hangover — or help one that’s already begun — experts recommend you drink plenty of fluids as soon as possible.
Even those with the best intentions will sometimes lose track of how much they’ve had and end up drinking too much. To stave off a throbbing hangover — or help one that’s already begun — experts recommend you drink plenty of fluids as soon as possible. Sports drinks may be particularly helpful. And, take two or three ibuprofen.
Whatever you do, make sure you skip the acetaminophen. Acetaminophen, in combination with alcohol, can damage the liver, Freitag says.
And when you go to bed, don’t set the alarm. An odd thing about alcohol is that it is a Jekyll-and-Hyde drug. It starts out as a depressant, making you feel relaxed and sleepy, but then turns into a stimulant later on.
“So even if you crash with a hangover, you don’t feel refreshed when you wake up,” Freitag says. “Alcohol alters your ability to sleep normally.”
So sleep as long as you can, Freitag says. “You want to give your brain a chance to get more sleep,” he adds. “It’s restorative.”
When you wake up, no matter how ill you feel, a large breakfast is also in order.
“Fatty foods will have a positive effect on a yucky stomach,” Freitag says. “They have a direct, soothing effect on the stomach lining. Unfortunately, most people say they can’t even think about eating when they feel this bad. Sometimes you have to push yourself to eat.”

Jerry, you are so thoughtful! Amazing that I don't have a hangover and believe me- I should!!! We had a great time partying with Dom and Jamie (of Eugene).

Happy New Year, Everyone!

Now, I'm going to fix myself a big breakfast and get on that treadmill. Yes, my workout starts today(again)...

Like I said, I need to promote this part of the board. Whether people want help or not. :)

Anyway, I figure it was a popular topic and the timing was right.
