Is there a true German and or Polish butcher or deli in Hoboken? Or maybe one in JC, UC or Weehawken?

The last one closed a few years ago, Leamel's on Newark and Hudson. However, their butcher's are still supplying soem of thier wurst's and yummy hotdogs to Joe's on Ninth and Washington. I had the knockwurst for dinner last night..yum!
