I am Chef Instructor at a cooking school in Tuscany, who is in town and offering private cooking lessons and cooking parties with the theme of regional Italian AUTHENTIC cuisine. It is a really cool concept: you spend less than you would for a cooking course at a school, you are amongst friends and you learn in your own home environment! If you can get a small group of friends together and have a decent kitchen space to work in you're halfway there. Lessons for one or two people are fun too!
