Astrology.com sent this. It rings pretty accurately, to me. Enjoy the sun's transit!

** November 22 - December 20: The Sun's Time in Sagittarius
Get ready for fun -- it's getting ready for you as the Sun
enters adventurous Sagittarius on Saturday, November 22nd.
Make big plans for the next month as this fire sign lights
up the possibilities.
After Scorpio's passionate energy, the adventurous
Sagittarian influence is something of a relief. Because
expansive Jupiter rules Sagittarius, you might find yourself
thinking big: making grand plans, telling exaggerated stories
and throwing crazy parties. When the Sun is in Sagittarius,
fun is where it's at. Be ready to explore, whether it's a
trip to another country or just across town. Hunger for
knowledge and truth also characterize Sagittarius; if you're
not hitting the road, find adventure in a new class or book.
Freedom is paramount now -- for the next month, you'll love
to socialize and flirt, but you might want to flee if you
feel someone's trying to tie you up or pin you down. Explain
your need to have a little space and get some room to roam.
Though the Sun's transit of Sagittarius is the biggest
news in the sky, lots more is happening astrologically in
the next month. Read on for specific information about the
most important events.
November 23: Solar Eclipse/New Moon in Sagittarius
A solar eclipse, which only occurs during a new Moon,
is the point at which the Moon, Sun and Earth are aligned
and the Moon blocks our view of the Sun, making the Sun
seem either totally or partially invisible. This total
solar eclipse will only be visible a few places in the
world (Antarctica, anyone?), but it's happening nonetheless.
New Moons are significant because they bring an infusion
of fresh energy, pushing out the old and pulling in the
new. A new Moon in Sagittarius, like the one this Sunday,
brings heightened idealism and restlessness. Motion is key:
Take off for the weekend or plan a day trip if you can. Take
advantage of this Moon's active, independent influence.
This new Moon will especially influence those of you born
under the mutable signs, particularly Sagittarians born
between November 22-26, Pisceans born between February
19-23, Geminis born between May 21-24 and Virgos born
between August 22-26.
November 26: Venus into Capricorn
Take a risk and ask that hottie out or declare your
devotion today -- starting this Wednesday, November 26,
thoughts of love will go from daring to cautious as Venus,
the planet of love, enters conservative Capricorn. While
Venus in Sagittarius infused a sense of adventure and
independence into our love lives this past month, cool
Capricorn adds a necessary jolt of restraint into the
romantic picture.
Because Capricorn commands us to be careful in love,
you may find yourself less willing to go out on a limb
in the name of romance. This Earth sign is less ardent
and more grounded; it won't be a time for extravagant
displays of affection or impassioned poems and ultimatums.
You may find yourself showing your love in more practical
ways or looking for love in more practical places, and
you'll eschew flowery sentiment. Don't be surprised if
people find your pragmatism refreshing and even alluring;
it's sexy to say what you mean and mean what you say.
December 2: Mercury into Capricorn
When Mercury, the planet of communication, relocates
from the fire sign of Sagittarius to the Earth sign of
Capricorn on December 2nd, expect conversations to take
a turn toward the practical. The lightheartedness of
recent interactions will be replaced by a more logical,
methodical tenor (although thankfully Capricorn also
encourages a nice dry sense of humor). Becoming more
prudent about self-expression may not sound very exciting,
but this is also the time when you can transform your
boldest ambitions into reality. Make big-picture plans
and use the Capricorn drive and persistence to find the
right people to help you achieve them. Just remember to
be creative in the ways you communicate your grand schemes;
Capricorn can sometimes make us inclined to stick with
the conventional.
December 8: Full Moon in Gemini/Sagittarius
With the full Moon in articulate Gemini and expansive
Sagittarius on Monday the 8th, both communication skills
and brainpower are spot-on. With liveliness, wit and
imagination all fired up, your mind may be racing with
possibilities, and creative solutions to stubborn problems
could suddenly become crystal clear. Host an impromptu
get-together to discuss books or politics -- everyone
will particularly shine at wordplay. The full Moon is
also prime time for romance; meet a friend at a cafe to
play a game and you might be surprised at what could
happen. If you're nesting, it's a fabulous time to
express yourself on the phone or in a love letter.
Those of you born under the mutable signs will be
especially influenced by this full Moon. Take particular
note if your birthday falls within the following ranges:
Sagittarians born between December 6-12, Pisceans born
between March 5-9, Geminis born between June 5-9 and Virgos
born between September 7-11.
December 16: Mars into Aries
As Mars returns to its natural home in aggressive
Aries, some markedly forceful energy is in the air.
Self-confidence, honesty and courage will all be amped
up; get ready to use this fire sign's fierceness to your
advantage. The flip side is that people may be a bit
tactless or argumentative -- watch out for it in others
and in yourself! Be assertive and get what you want,
but be gentle.
December 17: Mercury Stationary Retrograde
Stockpile some patience and laughter while you can,
because from now until January 6th, your tolerance,
persistence and sense of humor will be put to the test.
Mercury retrograde means that communication of all kinds
will be garbled; be especially careful that you're getting
other people's meanings, and be sure to reread that email
before you hit 'send' (maybe reread it twice!). While
retrograde periods can be nutty -- what with unexpected
delays, weird misunderstandings, secrets revealed and
plans thwarted -- you can actually find some peace of mind
within what seems like utter chaos. Take advantage of this
celestial opportunity to chill out and devise a plan of
action for once Mercury turns direct in a few weeks. And
remember, even if you don't have control of the
circumstances, you can choose whether or not to let
them stress you out.
December 20: Venus into Aquarius
Today, Venus, the planet of love, begins its almost
one-month stay in Aquarius, with fun and flirty results
for everyone. Intimacy won't really be the goal, as this
air sign likes its love light and its relationships open
and ambiguous. Big dinner parties (or just big parties!)
are the best bet for this month. Venus also rules art and
beauty, so the Aquarian influence might make you seek out
the aesthetically unusual and eccentric. Check out some
funky gallery openings or performance events -- where
there's odd, intriguing art, there's likely to be odd
and intriguing people.
Enjoy the Sun's transit of Sagittarius!
