The Hoboken Cafe 

White castles. A seemingly staple of american culture. What is it that draws us to this place late at night? Why does it feel like after eating 3 white castle cheesburgers I just ate 20 lb piece of lead? Why can't I get out of my chair now? Why do I already have a feeling of dread about tomorrow morning? Why do I hate myself for breaking my sacred vow to never eat white castles ever again?

Ahhh the mind boggles!

Oh yea, I have a couple left over cheese burgers now. Unlike any other food that one might bring home and save for a future lunch I think I am just going to throw them away nad pretend this never happened. I'm sure my stomach wil thank me for it too.

I think we can equate it to wanting to go to a diner after a drinking event...dont know..After living in NE for the past 15 yrs and just having been back in NJ for a little over one yr I have only made the trip once just to say I did it...lol...now that Im back on my healthy eating kick..I havent had one once...

there is an indi film out now pondering many of those very same questions. perhaps you should see it and be less perplexed

ugh - i feel your pain. I was supposed to go to the gym tonight and instead went to Houston's for beer, yummy cheesburger and fries. I feel so gross now and my stomach is NOT happy. I got carded twice too and the second time, the waiter took my license and went off somehwere with it, like he was going to swipe it in one of those fraud detector machines...ridiculous.

That cheeseburger is sitting like a rock in the bottom of my stomach :(

Yeah, Harold and Kumar, where two guys think they can get from Hoboken to Cherry Hill in forty-five minutes.
