what's up with Pay Pal?

Hi,
In the past two days I've received 2 notices about a paypal class action suit. Is this some kind of new scam? Or is there really a suit starting?

Considering the problems I've had with them in the past, and the horrible customer service when I tried to get it resolved, this is wonderful. One customer service representitive of theirs asked if I was treatening him when I asked for his name. Insane.
