why is it that when someone does not show up where/when they are supposed to, instead of being held accountable, the work is transfered to someone else? I got stuck covering an orrientation this morning because 1)someone else didn't show up, 2) I showed up for a meeting and was coopted because 3)I am a responsible, reliable person.
I have too much on my plate already and I want to scream. No one is covering for me or taking over my reponsibilites... They have the morning free and I am stressed out!
ARRUUUGGGHHH
gotta go, their break is over

Sigh, I forgot about that. I keep thinking that because I work in health care and not a typical office setting that I won't have dogbert and catbert to deal with.

Well hopefully someone is keeping track and the person who didn't show up will be held accountable whenever it is that they do show up.
