Note Julia Child passed away...although her voice drove me batty I have to admit the few times I channel surfed by her show I found some of her recipes kinda interesting and I should say her style..RIP

I loved how, even during the low fat phase, she had butter and cream and all those bad things for you in her cooking... It tastes so much better that way!!
