'This Land...' from Jibjab will not be sued

For those who did not see the jibjab website (http://jibjab.com) of the parody This Land is my Land, with voiceovers of "Kerry" and "Bush", you need to know that the jibjab folks were being sued for using This Land. However, the people suing jibjab does not realized that This Land song is consider to be public domain for about 40 years now. Below is the link.
