What are some of the best streets or pathes to Roller blade on in this area. I love rollerblading along the West Side Highway in City, but I am wondering if there something similar here.

Blvd East, in Weehawken, although I'd recommend you drive their or something first, not actually skate there.

I am interested also, but are there any nice pathes or long flat smooth areas that I don't need a car to get to.
the hoboken pier is just a bit too bumpy, crowded and short.

I've gone to battery park. Very nice there.
Don't need a car. You can take the ferry. =)
