Title: Senior Programmer.
Job Description: Develop web based applications in Java and the Dynamo application server. Will design, code, test and maintain highly effecient and reusable java code with Sybase stored procedures to create applications that will run on the VH1 web site.
Requirements: 2 years java experience and 3 years experience in C, C++ or Perl. 1 year experience in Java Servlet or Dynamo programming. Strong database skills with experience in Sybase, Oracle, or Mysql. At least 2 years solid UNIX Experience. Knowledge of HTML and experience developing for high traffic web sites. Knowledge of Caching methods, EJB, synchronization issues and Perl are plusses.
