Does anyone know what's going up at the waterfront behind Stevens Tech? I hear another park is going up with a skating rink and a jogging track.
It sure sucks jogging now along the waterfront with all that road debris and machinery around.

The last I heard was that the skating rink/track would go on the derelict pier to the north of Pier A. I don't know if that is still the plan.

Well, I think the hotel/skating rink/sports complex is going to be around there, but not sure.
I know they are building a headquarters for John Wiley and Sons, who are moving from Manhattan to Hoboken in early 2003.
But the building going up sure looks like more condos/apartments. How much do you think one of those will rent for, given the price of Hoboken rent? :)
