The Hoboken Cafe 

The release of this program is just a couple of months away. The marketing company does not want information out at this time, but I want to make some contacts that would like to make some money with a unique product and method. This would be great for anyone, but moms with kids, retired people, upward mobility types, etc would be interested in this unique oppertunity.

Unique is a word that rarely fits marketing, but this is unique, especially in New York. What else is interesting is that there is nothing to sell.
