The Hoboken Cafe 

I wanted to let you all know that Glenn Tillbrook (formerly of the great band Squeeze) is playing a solo show at Maxwell's this Friday night, August 10th. I've seen him play solo before and his shows are a lot of fun. He takes requests from the audience and sometimes lets them come up on stage! Tickets are $15 and can be bought at Tunes (Washington between 2nd and 3rd next to the Mile Square)as well as through Ticketmaster (but Tunes won't charge you a "convenience charge", so buy them there). I'm definitely gonna be there (I bought my ticket yesterday) and I hope some of you might like to join me. I'm always up for meeting new people, as well as hanging out with people that I'm met before via this site.

P.S. The show starts at 7:30. It's an early show since there's gonna be a late show there that night. I know that I probably should have posted this on the music board, but I figure more people read this board.
