How many people out there would take up in-line skating (or change skates if already doing so) if there were inline rollerskates on the market. The product would be a hybrid between inline skates and traditional rollerskates and the end result would be wheels that are wider than current models but smaller than rollerskates and the skates would not be as potentially fast as one can go in current skates. However, overall stability and braking would be more safe and effective.

In essence, a product that would be geared for the beginner-intermediate skater, but perhaps a bit simple for the advanced skater. As someone who has skated only a handful of times, I would find that stability is more important than speed and would welcome the hybrid.
