The Hoboken Cafe 

Hello Everyone... I have a question. I was in Hoboken over the weekend and am considering moving into the Tea Building, but have read horror stories about leasing with them. Does anyone have any experiences to share? I really like the building and what it has to offer, but not sure if it would be worth it to deal with everything people were complaining about... thin walls, slow internet connection, bad attitudes from management, complaints from sensitive neighbors, the parking, can't move in on Saturdays?!? If it is not a good place to live, then any suggestions on something similar?
