Hi there, I am new to the area and am looking to get my haircut ( i am a girl =) ) , can anyone recommend someone / someplace in Hoboken or JC that is reasonably priced and will not cut off 3 inches when you ask for 1/2 inch taken off??

Thanks!
Jen

I go to Jack at Mad One Jack's. He gives an excellent haircut and has a great staff. Madison & 1st Street. 656-1010 His cut is $60. He's the Owner. He has a Staff that probably does a cut for $40-50.

Just moved her myself in June. I started visiting Davida at Mad One Jacks (on Madison and first). I gave her carte blanche so she cut all my hair off. I'm sure if I said no, she would have left the length. I thought she was great...so I went back. Cost $35 ish

I've been going to Clipp One, on 7th and Washington, for 15 years or so. I used to have Annie (The owner) cut my hair, but on my last few appointments she was booked. Now I've discovered Vicki. She does EXACTLY what you tell her to do, and offers some great suggestions which I usually agree to. I'm never disappointed when I walk out of the salon.
