I'm gonna be in hoboken saturday with a couple of friends... any suggestions for dinner and something to do? As for preferences, my friends are vegetarian, and I don't want the typical american food.

Zen Palette on the corner of Park Avenue (other side of the Union Square Park) and 16th in the city. Right next to Toy R Us. I think. They serve non-meat stuff.
