This past weekend, the only summer movie so far to hit 300 million dollars in ticket sales is the G rated film Finding Nemo.

Alas - the only movie worth seeing this summer. Looking forward to Seabiscuit.

Finding Nemo was a good movie, I'll admit that I enjoyed it. We saw Pirates of the Caribbean over the weekend, that was equally as good - I highly recommend it.

I would also add that Pixar will probably get a sweet deal after Finding Nemo. The only challenge for Pixar will be if they can reduce their time to make movies. Currently, it takes them 14-16 months to create a film. They would like to reduce that to 12 months if not less. And once they do that, will they sacrifice quality in doing so.
Next movie for Pixar: The Incredibles; I saw the trailer and it was hilarious.
