Hello all..Can anyone offer a suggestion on networking in the area for my new business...I am currently working as a sales rep with 3 co-workers for a National Mortgage Company and I am expanding to tri-state area..We are doing loans for refinances as well as purchases..thanx for all the help

I can make a one singular suggestion of what you should not do:
DO NOT go to the county office of records and pull the records of everyone and thier loan amount and rate and then fill thier mailbox with letter stating "I can save you $$$$ on your mortage payment"... I am at 3.5% and I still get these things...
I get these everyday and I can say that I would not use anyone that is advertising with a form letter...plus I cannot stand all of the excess junk mail

Windy,
Part of my relocation package when I moved up here to NJ...They paid up to 4 points had a preferental rate due to the relocation company and I got a further sweetened rate by dumping 25% down as it was...not your normal situation I agree...
