The New York Nexus Cafe 

Hi all... I would love to be a part of a vocal music group, i.e. a choir, classical singing group, an a cappella group doing pop stuff, whatever. I don't have the voice of a soloist, but I love music and love to sing. Anybody got any pointers?

Check out the NY A Cappella Scene web site at http://members.aol.com/LiDawson/NYAS.html, also the Vocal Area Network at http://www.van.org. Both have group links, concert and audition notices. Many 'New York' groups actually live/work/rehearse in NJ.
