You Can Help the Reservoir this Summer!

Greetings!
Summer Fun!

This Saturday, July 8, from 8am til 7pm the Reservoir Alliance will "Unlock the Reservoir" for the first time this year.

As you know, the City Council approved our access to the Reservoir. The hard work of the Rally is behind us - Thank you all! - and we can go in and experience our beautiful natural and historic resource.

You can help, just for a couple hours, in one of these ways -

At the entry gates
Cleaning up
With our increased expenses.

Light gardening

Help Make Our Summer Programs Happen!

The Alliance sends its hearty thanks for the many generous donations that allowed us to win approval at the "Unlock The Reservoir Rally," but, to run our Summer Program and keep those gates open every Saturday until October we need your help. Although we are a volunteer organization, our expenses – insurance, promotion, supplies - will be much higher this year.

Your donation or help raising funds will allow hundreds of kids to interact with nature and history, provide scores of seniors with a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, provide families with a beautiful spot to enjoy in their neighborhood, and give everyone the chance to fish, boat, and enjoy the lake, meadows and trees of our Hidden Jewel.

Your tax-deductible donation will go through Jersey City Landmarks Conservancy Inc, a founding member of the Reservoir Alliance. Any donation you make through this website will be dedicated to the fight to preserve Jersey City's Reservoir #3, its historic structures, and natural resources.

If you prefer, you can also write a check to:

and mail it to:
